Commission Description

The Transfer Student Support Commission seeks to ease transfer shock for students transferring to UCI. The commission assists the transfer student community by passing policies and creating workshops and socials. We strive to advocate for the diverse needs of the transfer student population in addition to providing opportunities for professional growth and an inclusive community. The Transfer Support Commission will be managing the STEAM program to provide socials and educational workshops for the mentors and mentees in order to ensure the success of transfer students at UCI.

Commission/Office requirements:

- All-ASUCI Meetings (Weeks 3,6)

- All-IVP Meetings (Weeks 3,6,9)

- Weekly Commission meetings

- Weekly IVP pub hours

- ASUCI Orientation
