LGBTQIA+ Identity Commission Description:

As an intern for the LGBTQIA+ Identity Commission, you would engage in a variety of tasks aimed at supporting and enhancing LGBTQIA+ student life. Responsibilities would include helping to plan and execute campus events and workshops focused on LGBTQIA+ issues, assisting with outreach efforts to build alliances with other student organizations, and contributing to the development of educational materials and resources. You would also participate in meetings to discuss and strategize initiatives, gather feedback from the student body, and work closely with other team members to ensure the successful implementation of programs that foster inclusivity and support for LGBTQIA+ individuals on campus.

General Intern Expectations:

-Attend weekly team meetings and ALL-ASUCI events/meetings.

-Collaborate with other interns to successfully plan and host commission initiatives.

-Build a community for people to join and feel comfortable in.
