Mental Health – Identifying & Coping with Burnout

This post is brought to you by the Mental Health Commission ๐ง
With the quarter coming to a close, it is common to feel burnt out or exhausted after conquering academics and extracurriculars all year. Weโd like to take this time to acknowledge all of your hard work and remind you to celebrate your wins and failures ๐ซ Please create time to rest your mind, body, and soul over the summer (even if you are taking summer classes)!
A few ways to do this can be by journaling, going on a nature hike, cooking a healthy meal from scratch, going on a vacation, or spending quality time with yourself or loved ones ๐ To our graduating anteaters, may your future endeavors include moments of joy, fulfillment, and conviction of your limitless potential ๐ค
Itโs been an honor sharing posts with you all this year, letโs end this quarter strong! ZOT ZOT ZOT ๐
