This will be the official ASUCI complaint form to report all violations of policies including, but not limited to: UC Policies; UCI Policies; ASUCI Policies (per the governing documents); UC Sexual Assault and Sexual Awareness Policy; Policies Applying to Campus Activities, Organizations and Students (PACAOS); Nondiscrimination and Affirmative Action Policy Regarding Academic and Staff Employment; and all other policies not covered.

  • Once reported, the Office of the Student Advocate General will follow up with the complainant within 48 hours to discuss the alleged violation.

Once a complaint is filed, the case can be tracked using the complaint ID produced after you’ve filed using the above link.

  • The complaint ID is automatically emailed to the complainant when the complaint is filed.

This meeting request is for students or groups who want ASUCI’s support with their non-monetary initiatives, which includes, but are not limited to, drafting legislative resolutions and partnering on initiatives.

  • Please come prepared to meetings with all documents pertaining to your situation, such as proposals, outlines, and violation letters.
  • We strive to assist your situation as soon as possible, but please allow for a 24 hour response time.
