Our mission as Co-Commissioners of Campus Spirit are to increase student engagement/involvement and student-body morale overall. We hope to provide an exciting and welcoming environment for our students and community to come together and celebrate anteater pride.

Laniece Davis (She/Her/Hers)
I joined SSVP to be overall involved more on campus! Coming into college at the ending stages of quarantine I personally believe it was difficult to put myself out there, being in SSVP not only allowed me to grow a stronger passion for my campus but form so many different relationships while doing so. This upcoming year I’m looking forward to doing new events and appealing to different people to build that community!

I joined SSVP because my first year of college I was not super involved in the community and my second year I wanted to change that. I happened to see the application in the campus wide email lol and I applied. Honestly, it was the best decision I’ve ever made because it has led me to meet so many amazing people and get involved in our community. What I am looking forward to for this upcoming school year is making more memories with everyone in ASUCI and increasing our school spirit and engagement with our events. So I hope to see you at the spirit weeks this year!
