[2026-2027 Student Programming Commission] Concerts Coordinator Application (Due Friday, 5/29, at 11:59 PM)

The Concert Engagement Coordinators plan and execute large-scale concerts for UC Irvine undergraduates, by carefully selecting artists that aim to represent the musical interests of the students. The Concert Engagement Division is focused on implementing meticulous programming to forming highly-memorable experiences, such as those at the annual Aldrich Park After Dark (APAD) and Summerlands events.

The Concert Engagement Coordinator will:

- Plan and execute SPC concert events, namely Aldrich Park After Dark (APAD) and Summerlands.

- Aim to implement performers that align with the interests of the student body.

- Promote student engagement at UCI through these events that are hosted.

- Encourage a positive intern and office dynamic.

- Host weekly commission meetings to discuss event programming.

- Attend weekly SPC leadership meetings and weekly All-Staff meetings

- Uphold professional and effective communication with professional staff to facilitate productive event programming.

- Fulfill all required and assigned duties of a coordinator from the SPC and Heads of Staff in a timely manner.

- Uphold an inclusive, welcoming environment in the Office of Student Programming Commission and in the areas that its events extend.
