[2026-2027 Office of the Internal Vice President] Kiháy Garden Coordinator
Hello prospective applicant! Thank you for your interest in applying to serve as the Kiháy Garden Coordinator for the ASUCI Office of the Internal Vice President for the 2026-2027 academic year.
As Kiháy Garden Coordinator, your tasks may include:
- Maintain the Kiháy garden with the ASUCI Office of the External VP SEED campaign.
- Creating a quarterly schedule for maintenance shifting, conducting training of all-staff that will shift in the garden, maintenance will be monitored and tracked Notion, and oversee and draft training procedures and processes.
- Regularly keep up tasks to promote the wellness of the garden spaces and students who access it.
- Host open houses and engaging events to raise awareness of the garden and increase student participation.
- Bring students into the existing garden spaces to volunteer and have direct access to resources like fresh produce.
- Maintaining a record of volunteer activities for the garden space.
- Collaborate with the Sustainability Coordinator on joint projects.
- Overseeing garden design and implementation of the site.
