INTERNATIONAL SENATOR GOMEZ-INOWE

Personal Facts/Passions:

I’m a huge animal lover with five dogs at home, and my family even started a dog rescue program in Mexico! When I’m not studying, I love playing golf, baking, sketching, or checking out new cafés. I’m also a fan of cooking shows, current events podcasts, and traveling to discover new places and cultures.

Why did you join ASUCI?:

I joined ASUCI to learn how to better support and advocate for my fellow undergraduate students. Finding a community of passionate and caring individuals can sometimes be challenging, but ASUCI has provided a welcoming space to connect with peers across different offices and campuses. Through this role, I’ve been encouraged to take initiative, collaborate on meaningful projects, and create positive impacts for the student body.

Goals:

My goals are to expand outreach and awareness of advocacy opportunities for international students, improve access to information about visas and employment requirements, and continue building a strong sense of community. I want to ensure that international students feel supported, informed, and empowered to enjoy every part of their UCI experience.
