My name is Shruti Gundu, and I am a fourth-year majoring in Psychology with a minor in Archaeology. Previously, I have served as a Sustainability Project Commission intern and Commissioner, as well as the Chief of Staff in the Office of the Internal Vice President. In my final year as an undergraduate student at UC Irvine, I am honored to serve as the internal Vice President of ASUCI. As the executive, I hope to work towards improving the accessibility and availability of resources on campus to best support our students. The Office will work on a range of initiatives and advocacy efforts to build a sense of community and increase student input in student affairs and campus administration. I hope to engage as many students as possible in our Office, as well as the various Advisory Boards I will be overseeing. Once again, I am thrilled to serve my peers at UCI as the Internal Vice President.

MEET THE CORE TEAM
What is the CORE Team?
The CORE Team of the Office of the Internal Vice President refers to the appointed ASUCI officers under our office that make everything possible – our Commissioners and Directors! Under the direction of the Internal Vice President and the Heads of Staff, these Commissioners and Directors lead their commissions throughout the year to deliver on projects, initiatives, and events that support the undergraduate student body in a variety of different ways. For the 2024-2025 academic year, the IVP CORE Team consists of twenty four (24) dedicated student leaders (including the Internal Vice President, Heads of Staff, and Director of Office Outreach) that lead the thirteen (13) commissions under our office, each passionate about the unique experiences they bring to the table and the topic area they’ve chosen to work in. Learn more about them and their respective commissions below!
