Mental Health – Sleep Awareness Week

Feeling sleepy Anteaters? 😴💤

Come take a sleep kit goodie bag with an essential oil roller, sleep tea, an informational bookmark and ear plugs from 11am-2pm for three consecutive days in a historic collaboration with the ASUCI Mental Health Commission, the UC Irvine Counseling Center and the UC Irvine Center for Student Wellness & Health Promotion, and learn more about healthy sleeping habits! 🥱🛏️

Here is the schedule for our Sleep Awareness Week tabling:
– Tuesday, March 12th from 11am-2pm (Mental Health Commission)
– Wednesday, March 13th from 11am-2pm (UCI Center for Student Wellness and Health Promotion)
– Thursday, March 14th from 11am-1pm (UCI Counseling Center)

Also as part of a coalition of events, we are here to promote the Division of Undergraduate Education’s Happiness Week where we encourage you to join our event among others to destress before finals season!
