This is a gentle reminder that having a tough mental health day is more common than we realize. It is completely valid and necessary to prioritize high value activities when we may feel unvaluable. You are allowed to exist as you are and move at your own pace as without your health, you do not have anything. If you do not pick a day to rest then your body will do it for you. Therefore, it’s crucial to schedule consistent opportunities throughout the week to unwind, connect, recharge, and safely exist. If you’re reading this, chug some water!
